Ube – purple yam – is what gives this kaya its beautiful purple colour and earthy undertones. This kaya is also entirely vegan, but retains all the characteristics of kaya – silky smooth, and full of coconutty flavour!
Compared to the other kaya, ube has a relatively short shelf life of 2 weeks.
