Ube Kaya (Vegan)

Ube – Filipino purple yam – is what gives this kaya its beautiful purple colour and earthy undertones. This kaya is entirely vegan, but retains all the prized characteristics of my kaya – silky smooth, and full of flavour!

Compared to the rest of the range, ube has a relatively short shelf life and must be kept refrigerated. This batch has an expiry date of 26 November 2026
