“Irresistibly aromatic with nutty notes to the fore, this delightfully textured curd, which melts away while coating the palate silkenly, continues to intrigue as it evolves on the palate. Notes of pandan, coconut and toasted nuts vie for attention, with sweetness at perfect level. Uncloying on the finish, with delightful aromatics persisting.”

The original pandan kaya is currently undergoing lab-testing to verify its shelf life. So far we’ve confirmed that it’s good for at least 3 months unopened at ambient temperature – and it’s still going! I would still recommend keeping it in the fridge if you have the space for it for maximum freshness.
