My original recipe pandan kaya – which I’m delighted to say won 3 stars in the 2021 Guild of Fine Foods Great Taste Award!

Shelf life
The original pandan kaya is currently undergoing lab-testing to verify its shelf life. So far we’ve confirmed that it’s good for at least 3 months unopened at ambient temperature – and it’s still going! I would still recommend keeping it in the fridge if you have the space for it for maximum freshness.
