Artisanal, award-winning kaya
Kaya is a sweet Malaysian coconut curd – perfect with a slice of buttered toast. It can be enjoyed with pancakes, ice cream, porridge or granola, or used in baking or desserts similar to any other curd or jam.
I pride myself on never using any artificial colourings, flavourings, or preservatives in any of my products.
I have won a number of awards for the kaya I make – including the rare accolade of 3 stars from the Great Taste Awards for my Pandan kaya.
