Artisanal, award-winning kaya
Kaya is a sweet Malaysian coconut curd – perfect with a slice of buttered toast. It can be enjoyed with pancakes, ice cream, porridge or granola, or used in baking or desserts similar to any other curd or jam.
I pride myself on never using any artificial colourings, flavourings, or preservatives in any of my products.
My pandan kaya won three stars in the Great Taste Awards 2021 and my gula melaka kaya was selected as the Fine Food Digest Editor’s Choice the same year
